To request an appointment online, please visit the link below to view available appointments. Once you submit your request, our staff will review it as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that you DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT until you receive a confirmation from our staff.
We will do our best to accommodate all requests in a timely manner, but if you do have more urgent appointment needs, please reach out to us by phone for immediate service.
Online appointment requests only allow appointments to be made up to eighteen hours in advance, so same-day appointments are not available online.
New Patients
- Please be aware that we only accept insurance for chiropractic care. Insurance is not accepted for acupuncture, massage, or laser therapy.
- We are currently Out of Network with: Cigna, TriCare, Ambetter, Medicaid, Essence, and others.
- To check your benefits for chiropractic care or the network status of your preferred doctor, you will need to contact your insurer. Coverage determinations are made by your insurer and cannot be guaranteed by our office.
Minors
- For patients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian MUST be present for their first visit. They are welcome to attend subsequent visits on their own, but due to the consent paperwork and exams required during an initial visit, we require a parent or guardian be present.
