Online scheduling is a great option for making quick appointments, but if you do have more complex scheduling concerns (multiple providers/services, etc.) please feel free to give our office a call to have our staff help you coordinate your visit.

If you would like to request an appointment online, please visit the link below to view available appointments. Once you submit your request, our staff will review it as soon as possible and will reach out to you with any necessary changes to the time or date.

Please be aware that this service sends appointment requests and does not guarantee appointment availability. Since we are also scheduling by phone and email, there may be instances where an appointment that was available when you began your request may have been filled by the time you submit it.

We will do our best to accommodate all requests in a timely manner, but if you do have more urgent appointment needs, please reach out to us by phone for immediate service. Please keep in mind that your appointment has not been scheduled until you receive a confirmation from us.


Scheduling Tips:

  • Our online scheduler only offers appointments up to one month in advance. For any appointments beyond that point, you will need to give us a call.
  • Once you have submitted your request, our staff will be reaching out to finalize the details of your appointment. Please keep an eye out for that contact or feel free to give us a call at 636-332-8944 to streamline that process.
  • Most of our most popular services are available for online scheduling requests, but there are some services which require extra attention and will need to be scheduled by phone. If a service is not listed in the online scheduler, please give us a call, and we will get you scheduled!
  • All massages have an additional 15 minutes built in to give you time to get on and off the table, dress and undress, etc.---keep this in mind if you're scheduling with another provider after your massage!
  • Due to the additional time requirement, we are unable to schedule acupuncture appointments in the last slot before a provider's lunch or in the last slot of the day (4:30 on Mon/Wed, 5:30 on Tues/Thurs, 3:30 on Fri, and 11:45 on Sat).
  • Please be aware that not all of our doctors are in-network with the same insurance plans and programs. If you have questions about your coverage or a doctor's network status for your plan, please reach out to your insurance carrier for confirmation.

New Patients

  • Please specify what condition(s) you're coming in for, what treatment you are interested in (chiropractic, acupuncture, etc.), and any insurance(s) you would like to use in the "Notes" section of the scheduling questionnaire.
  • If you are curious about which providers are affiliated with which insurance carriers, please refer to the chart below. Since each insurance provider offers a wide variety of plans and programs and not every doctor is included in every plan, we do recommend calling your insurance if you would like to verify that a particular doctor is in-network for you.
  • Please be aware that we ONLY accept insurance for chiropractic care. Insurance is not accepted for acupuncture, massage, or laser therapy.
  • Due to lack of availability for weekend hours, Saturday New Patient appointments are only available on a referral basis. If you have been referred to our office by an existing patient, please mention that and their name in your appointment request.
